1. Place your order.
The process begins with filling out our simple order form.
2. Choose finishes and options to personalize your home.
During the ordering process, you will have a chance to customize your home by selecting options for finishing, appliances, and electrical.

3. Enter the building queue.
The factories that manufacture our park model homes have a high-demand schedule, which means there is a 6-9 month waiting process while your order moves through the queue.
This is why we recommend beginning the ordering process 6-9 months before you want to move into your new home.
If you want to place an order now, we can take a look at the existing queue and give you an estimate for the wait time.
During the waiting period, there may sometimes be opportunities for you to make limited changes to your order. But be aware that this is not always the case, so it is wise to try and make sure you have finalized all your decisions before you place your order.
This is also a good time for you to make sure that you have fully prepared your site for the day your home will arrive. Make sure utilities like water and sewer are all in place and that the land where you want to put the home is level.
4. Construction begins on your tiny home.
Once you reach the front of the manufacturing queue, construction begins on your tiny home! Since our park model homes are prefabricated in factories, you can look forward to a level of precision and quality control not possible with a traditional on-site build.
5. You receive updates during the building process.
During this process, we will send you updates in the form of photos and videos so you can watch as your home is built.
6. Choose a company to help you with setup.
While you wait for construction to complete, you can choose a company to help you with the setup process on your site.
7. We arrange for your home to be delivered.
Park Model Homes will take care of arranging for the delivery of your home to your site at a date and time that is convenient for your schedule.
8. Your home arrives at your site, and installation takes place.
Next comes the big day! Your home is delivered, and the company you contracted with for installation can set it up for you.
9. Enjoy your new park model home!
Now there is nothing more to do than open your front door and move into your home! While you can bring your own furnishings, we can also include furnishings with your order for a completely turn-key experience.
