Non-Lofted

A loft is not standard and is not included in the base price on these park model tiny homes.

A non-lofted park model will usually have optional clerestory windows or optional lofted ceilings to gain ceiling height and interior space without the addition of an actual loft.

A loft is not classified as livable space in a park model home due to the low ceiling height not allowing an average person to stand fully upright. It is considered bonus square footage (not included on the listed square foot size of the floor plan).
