A regular loft is an upper floor of a park model which offers an area for lounging, sleeping, or extra storage.
A loft is not classified as livable space in a park model home due to the low ceiling height not allowing an average person to stand fully upright. It is considered bonus square footage (not included on the listed square foot size of the floor plan).
