Our Champion Athens Park Model APH-516 is a 30’5” long non-lofted house featuring 391 square feet of space. At 15’ wide, it is wider than many other tiny houses on the market. It features a wraparound porch with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for outdoors lovers. The interior features a spacious living room with large windows and an angled ceiling. The kitchen includes a double sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, and stainless steel fridge.
